ITALIAN BREAD CLASS – SUNDAY 12 MAY 10AM – 2PM

SUNDAY 12 MAY 10AM – 2PM

For Bakers with a little bit of experience (don’t be worried if not as full instruction will be provided) this class gives you the chance to make bread which includes other flavours and ingredients.  We will be making and baking:

ITALIAN FOCCACIA – a soft, fat bread made with lots of Olive Oil which can be ‘stuffed’ with some beautiful toppings.  The recipe is Vegan Friendly and you can choose traditional Rosemary and Sea Salt or Olives.

ITALIAN/AMERICAN STROMBOLI – a kind of Italian extra large pasty! With a lovely soft chewy dough the Stromboli is traditionally stuffed with salami and provolone cheese but you can switch to semi dried tomatoes if you don’t want a meat version.

You will make and bake both breads in real time during the class.  Please remember to bring a bowl and an apron, all other ingredients will be provided.  If you’ve been to a previous class, please bring your shower cap too and we’ll treat you to a 20% reduction on the ticket price of £65pp.
