Sourdough Pizza Making Workshop
Price range: £20.00 through £65.00
On Thursday, 20 August, 4-6 pm, learn how to make Sourdough Pizza using Mamars’ sourdough recipe! Yes, that means your Pizza will automatically be called Doris.
Using a pre-made sourdough which has been proved for a minimum of 24 hours, you will learn how to shape the base before covering it with our homemade tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella and an extra topping of your choice (if you want a really loaded pizza, there’ll be a few more toppings to purchase on the day)
You’ll also get a take-home kit including a dough ball, tomato pot and cheese. Plus drinks whilst munching the pizza you made.
This is a really fun class to do together so we’ve priced our tickets accordingly.
Please note, children’s tickets are for children aged 5 to 10 only – we know how much they eat! Mamar will host, but the real Pizza Master is Elliot, who will take you through shaping your base – not as easy as it looks!
